Common use of Further Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Further Adjustment. In the event the Building for any Lease Year is not fully occupied then the Estimated Costs and Actual Costs for such year shall be proportionately adjusted by Landlord to reflect those costs which would have occurred had the Building been fully occupied during such year.

In the event the Building Buildings for any Lease Year is Year, including the Base Service Year, are not fully occupied occupied, then the Estimated Costs and Actual Costs for such year shall be proportionately adjusted by Landlord to reflect those costs which would have occurred had the Building Buildings been fully occupied during such year.
