Further Acts and Assurances; Estoppel Certificates. 8.9.1 Each party agrees to do such further acts and things and to execute and deliver to the other such additional certificates, documents and instruments as the other may reasonably require or deem advisable to carry into effect the purposes of this Agreement or to better assure and confirm unto the other party its rights, powers, and remedies hereunder.
