Common use of Further Action Evidencing Assignments Clause in Contracts

Further Action Evidencing Assignments. (a) The Company agrees that, from time to time, at the Seller's expense, the Company shall cause the Seller promptly to execute and deliver all further instruments and documents, and take all further action, that may be necessary or appropriate, or that the Master Servicer or the Trustee may reasonably request, in order to perfect, protect or more fully evidence the transfer of ownership of the Trust Fund or to enable the Trustee to exercise or enforce any of its rights hereunder. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company will, upon the request of the Master Servicer or of the Trustee execute and file (or cause to be executed and filed) such real estate filings, financing or continuation statements, or amendments thereto or assignments thereof, and such other instruments or notices, as may be necessary or appropriate.
