Further Act. The Parties, without further consideration, shall execute and deliver such other documents and take such other action as may be necessary to achieve the objectives of this Agreement.

Further Act. In the case of lines of credit, to designate additional or alternate individuals as being authorized to request advances thereunder, and in all oases, to do and perform such other acts and things, to pay any and all fees and costs, and to execute and deliver such other documents and agreements. Including agreements waiving the right to a trial by jury, as he or she may in his or her discretion deem reasonably necessary or proper in order to carry into effect the provisions of these Resolutions. Further Act. The parties hereto shall do such further acts and shall execute such further documents as may be required in order to carry out the purpose and intent of this Agreement. Each party shall use its best efforts to obtain any governmental approvals necessary for it to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Further Act. In addition to the acts recited in this Agreement, the Parties agree to perform, or cause to be performed on the date of this Agreement, or thereafter, any and all such further acts as may be reasonably necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby. Each of the Parties agrees that he, she, or it will execute and deliver all such documents and instruments as may be necessary and appropriate to effectuate the terms of this Agreement.
