Common use of Funds to be Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Funds to be Held in Trust. All monies in the Settlement Fund, including interest income, shall be held in trust for the purposes stated in this Settlement Agreement. Neither ACCCH nor the Ameriquest Parties shall have any property right, interest, claim or title to the Settlement Fund or any interest earned thereon once a deposit is made into the Settlement Fund.
