Common use of Funds Provided Clause in Contracts

Funds Provided. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and only after the Effective Date, the Province will: (a) provide the Recipient funding up to the Maximum Funds for the sole purpose of carrying out the Project; (b) provide the Funds to the Recipient in accordance with Schedule “J” (Requests for Payment and Payment Procedures); and (c) deposit the Funds into an account the Recipient designates, provided that the account: (i) is at a branch of a Canadian financial institution in Ontario; and (ii) is solely in the name of the Recipient.

Funds Provided. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and only after the Effective DateAgreement, the Province will: (a) provide the Recipient funding up to the Maximum Funds for the sole purpose of carrying out the Project; (b) provide the Funds to the Recipient in accordance with Schedule the payment plan attached to the Agreement as Sub-schedule “JD.1” (Requests for Payment and Payment ProceduresPlan); and (c) deposit the Funds into an account designated by the Recipient designates, provided that the account: (i) is resides at a branch of a Canadian financial institution in Ontarioinstitution; and (ii) is solely in the name of the Recipient.
