Common use of Funds Provided Clause in Contracts

Funds Provided. In consideration of the various obligations to be performed by the Subrecipient pursuant to this Agreement, the Recipient agrees to provide Subrecipient with funds in an amount not to exceed $ 40,000 (the "Subrecipient Grant") subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
