Funds Flow. Borrower shall have delivered to Lender a memorandum containing funds flow information reflecting a true and complete statement of the sources and uses of all funds to be received or expended on the date hereof by Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, the other Related Documents and the Acquisition Agreements.
