(a) In connection with the acquisition or lease of any Land and during the course of the construction of the Buildings on any Land, the Construction Agent may request that the Lessor advance funds for the payment of Construction Costs, and the Lessor will comply with such request to the extent provided for under, and subject to the conditions, restrictions and limitations contained in, the Master Agreement and the other Operative Documents.
