Funding Note. A debt obligation representing all or a portion of the “regular interest” in a REMIC, which obligation is secured by PCs or GNMA-Related Securities and provides for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac to receive payments on such PCs or GNMA-Related Securities in such amounts as are necessary to amortize the principal amount of, and pay accrued interest on, such debt obligation.
