Funding Loan Commitment. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (including without limitation the limitations set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement), State Street agrees to make Funding Loans to or on behalf of a Fund from time to time during the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the Commitment Termination Date such that the aggregate principal amount of all Funding Loans outstanding to any Fund shall not exceed at any time the Net Commitment Amount (the "Funding Loan Commitment").
