Funding Acknowledgment. All materials developed wholly or in part by the funding provided under the Contract shall state that “The funding for the (insert name of project) was funded (in part, if applicable) by an award from the Montana Department of Commerce.” Any variations from this language must be approved by Park County and the Department prior to use. The Department of Commerce logo is also available for use upon request.
Funding Acknowledgment. The Grantee will acknowledge the participation of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Fisheries Restoration Grant funds on any signs, flyers, or other types of written communication or notice to advertise or explain this Agreement.

GRANTOR will provide GRANTEE with the appropriate language, consistent with the requirement of this section and incorporated in Addendum A hereto.
