(For International Customers Only) Unless you instructed the Bank otherwise in writing, upon maturity of your TD, the Bank may transfer, at its discretion, funds from your matured TD to any of your Deposit Accounts with the Bank when the Deposit Account’s balance falls below the average daily collected balance, and to cover any applicable fees.
