Fund Statement. Foundation shall create and formally adopt, in consultation with City, a Fund Statement for the Grant Fund. The Foundation and the Parks and Recreation Director shall approve the Fund Statement, including the purpose and criteria for use. Foundation agrees to only use the Grant Fund according to stated purposes and restrictions in the Fund Statement.
