FUND SHEET. KDI may develop a standardized format for a "Fund Sheet" that provides updated performance information about the Fund. KDI shall submit the Fund Sheet format to the Principal Underwriter for review and approval in accordance with Section 5.
1. After receiving written approval of the format, KDI may prepare, update and distribute the Fund Sheet without any requirement for subsequent written approval; provided that (a) each version of the Fund Sheet is prepared or updated in accordance with the approved format, and (b) KDI provides a copy of each version of the Fund Sheet to the Principal Underwriter at least fifteen (15) days prior to first use.
