Fund rules. The Nedgroup Investments Retirement Annuity Fund is governed by the fund rules and relevant legislation. The rules govern your membership of the fund, the management and operation of the fund, and are approved by the regulatory authorities. If there is any conflict between the terms of this investment agreement and the registered fund rules, the registered fund rules shall apply.
