Functions & display. Notwithstanding anything herein contained or implied to the contrary the Landlord may permit any person or organisation to hold any function or exhibition, or display any merchandise in any part or parts of the common areas at such times and upon such terms and conditions as the Landlord may in its absolute discretion think fit.
