FUNCTIONAL PROPOSAL. The functional proposal must: • Be clear and detailed with regard to the proposed utilisation of the building, with specific reference regarding compliance with items 1.4.1.1 to 1.4.1.3. No extensions are to be made to the existing building, in other words no increase in the existing area or footprint of the building would be allowed. • Detailed NBR-compliant building plans with specifications, schedules, materials and finishing should be submitted. • A detailed Business Plan must be submitted, indicating, inter alia, related experience in a similar venture, compliance with above mentioned items 1.4.1.1 to 1.4.1.3, with detail regarding the timeframe for the completion of restorations.
