Fun Run Clause Samples

Fun Run. As part of the Event Plan, User may organize or partner with authorized race management group and hold a “fun run” through the Park. User or race management group shall be responsible for separately obtaining the necessary approvals from the City for the Fun Run. Application should be received one month prior to run date.
