FULLY SECURED. Each and all Secured Obligations at any time outstanding shall in all respects be fully secured hereby, without preference, priority or distinction on account of date or dates or the actual time or times of the issue or maturity of said Secured Obligations or any of them, so that all Secured Obligations at any time issued and outstanding shall have the same right, lien and preference under and by virtue of this Mortgage and shall all be fully secured hereby, with like effect as if they had all been executed and delivered simultaneously on the date hereof whether such Secured Obligations, or any of them, shall actually be issued on such date or some future date, or whether such Secured Obligations, or any of them, shall have been authorized to be issued on the date hereof or in the future under the provisions of this Mortgage or the Purchase Agreement, or of any document or instrument created in furtherance of the purposes of this Mortgage.
FULLY SECURED. Any and all Disbursements are subject to satisfactory evidence, as determined by the Lender, in its sole and absolute discretion, that such Disbursements, at all times, are fully secured by the Security.
