Fully Effective Sample Clauses
The 'Fully Effective' clause establishes that the agreement or a specific provision within it becomes legally binding and enforceable only when certain conditions are met. Typically, this may involve the completion of required approvals, the execution of all necessary documents, or the satisfaction of preconditions outlined elsewhere in the contract. By clearly defining when the agreement takes full effect, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the parties' obligations and ensures that no party is prematurely bound before all agreed-upon requirements are fulfilled.
