Fuller Sample Clauses

Fuller. All other costs of arbitration shall be born▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ by Ms. Fuller and the Company, provided, however, that the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇all reimburse such fees and costs in the event any material issue in such dispute is finally resolved in Ms. Fuller's favor and Ms. Fuller is reimbursed legal fe▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇agraph 2.(g) ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
