Full Version Digital Items. For the “Fox Sports On-Court Live” Digital Item, as defined in Exhibit A-2, which shall be Preloaded on the i830 Device, Company shall receive ***** dollars ($*****) (“Preload Payment 1”), payable *****. After the first ***** thousand (*****) i830 Devices Preloaded with the “Fox Sports On-Court Live” Digital Item, Nextel will pay to Company $***** per i830 Device (“Preload Payment 2”), payable per calendar quarter, in quantities that shall be determined by the total number of i830 Devices manufactured during each full production run of the i830 Device in a calendar quarter.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Software Warranty NETGEAR warrants to the end-user that each item of Software, as delivered or updated by NETGEAR and properly installed and operated on the Hardware or other equipment it is originally licensed for, will function substantially as described in its then-current user documentation during its respective warranty period. If any item of Software fails to so perform during its warranty period, as the sole remedy NETGEAR or NETGEAR's supplier will at its discretion provide a suitable fix, patch or workaround for the problem which may be included in a future revision of the Software. For specific Software which is distributed by NETGEAR as a licensee of third parties, additional warranty terms offered by such third parties to end-users may apply.

  • Distribution of Written Materials Any written materials distributed by the Trustee to the Beneficiaries pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by mail (or otherwise communicated in the same manner as Holdings utilizes in communications to holders of Holdings Shares subject to applicable regulatory requirements and provided such manner of communications is reasonably available to the Trustee) to each Beneficiary at its address as shown on the books of the Partnership. The Partnership shall provide or cause to be provided to the Trustee for purposes of communication, on a timely basis and without charge or other expense:

  • Product Changes IDSI reserves the right to make design and other modifications in the Equipment at any time but shall not be obligated to implement such modifications in Equipment that has previously been delivered.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.
