Full-Time Positions. WITH THE UNION (This clause is applicable to full-time employees only) Upon application by the Union, in writing, the Hospital shall grant leave of absence, without pay, to an employee elected or appointed to full-time Union office. It is understood that no more than two (2) employees in the bargaining unit may be on such leave at the same time. Such leave shall be for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of appointment unless extended for a further specific period by agreement of the parties. It is understood that no more than one (1) employee will be from the same unit of the Hospital, subject to operational requirements. Seniority shall accumulate for employees during such leave on the basis of what his normal regular hours of work would have been. Service shall accumulate for employees during such leave to the maximum provided, if any, under the provisions of the collective agreement. It will become the responsibility of the employee for full payment of any applicable benefits in which the employee is participating during such leave of absence. The employee shall notify the Hospital of his intention to return to work at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of such return. The employee shall be returned to his former duties on the same shift in the same department and at the appropriate rate of pay, subject to any changes which would have occurred had the employee not been on leave.
Full-Time Positions. The University and the University System institutions will post full- time vacancies on their respective websites (access through xxxx.xxxx.xxx). Teaching lecturers are encouraged to review such postings. The PSU Human Resources office will communicate all full-time teaching opportunities at PSU to the Teaching Lecturers when the position is posted. Teaching lecturers not receiving an appointment may request and will be provided formal or informal feedback for the reasons of non-appointment.

Seniority and service shall accrue at seven and one-half (7.5) hours per day to a maximum of thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week during such leave. The employee shall be returned to his former duties on the same shift in the same department and at the appropriate rate of pay, subject to any changes which would have occurred had the employee not been on leave.
Full-Time Positions. (i) Employees on a part-time basis shall be hired to fill full-time vacant positions for which they are qualified prior to Teachers being newly employed by the Authority, provided they have requested a full-time position by application to the Authority.

Full-Time Positions. Based on operational needs the Employer will endeavour to create as many Full-Time positions as possible.
Full-Time Positions. Section A The Employer agrees that in filling permanent full-time driver jobs in the Centennial building one (1) out of five (5) will be offered by seniority to all Air District employees provided they meet the same requirements as applicants for the job. There will be an annual bid posted the 1st week of January and pulled by January 15th for those interested in driving positions. Available jobs during the year shall be filled by seniority from that list.
Full-Time Positions. The Employer will not split a full time position into two or more part time positions without the agreement of the Union. Such agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. This provision does not apply in situations where two or more part time positions have been combined to create full time hours for a specific Employee, in which case, if the Employee ceases employment, the Employer is free to separate the hours into two or more part time positions.
Full-Time Positions. Executive hereby agrees that, during the Employment Period, he shall devote substantially all of his business time, attention and skills to the business and affairs of the Company.
Full-Time Positions. No full-time position (37.5 hours) within the bargaining unit shall be assigned to one or more part-time employee(s) because of attrition or layoff.
