FULL TIME OCCUPATION. Executive will devote Executive's entire business time, attention, and efforts as reasonably necessary to the performance of Executive's duties under this Agreement, and will serve Company faithfully and diligently and will not engage in any other employment while employed by Company.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder.   • Full Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.
