FULL TIME OCCUPATION Sample Clauses

The Full Time Occupation clause defines the requirement that a person must be engaged in their main job or profession on a full-time basis, typically as a condition for eligibility or coverage in an agreement or policy. This clause often specifies the minimum number of hours per week that constitutes full-time work and may outline acceptable types of employment or self-employment. Its core function is to ensure that benefits, rights, or obligations apply only to individuals who are actively and primarily employed, thereby preventing misuse or ambiguity regarding part-time or occasional work.
