Full-Time Load Sample Clauses

The Full-Time Load clause defines the minimum number of hours or workload an employee, student, or contractor must meet to be considered full-time under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies a set number of hours per week or credits per term, and may outline how part-time status is determined if the threshold is not met. Its core function is to establish clear expectations for what constitutes full-time participation, ensuring both parties understand the requirements and associated benefits or obligations.
