Common use of Full Time Commitment Clause in Contracts

Full Time Commitment. The Employee understands that the employment of the Employee with the Company requires his/her full attention and effort. The Employee agrees that during the period of his/her employment with the Company, the Employee will not, without the Company’s prior written consent, pursue any course of study or associate himself/herself with, or be connected with, concerned, employed or engaged in any other employment or business activity (other than for the Company).
