FULL TERM. The full term of the rental contract (or any renewal or extension periods) must have ended.
FULL TERM. The full term of this BOT Contract (the “Full Term”) shall be the Operational Term plus any additional time not exceeding two (2) years required for the fulfilment of outstanding obligations under this BOT Contract and, to the extent required, for the wind-up of the BOT Company.
