Common use of Full Release Clause in Contracts

Full Release. On the Termination Date, the Mortgagee shall forthwith cause a full release and termination of this Mortgage to be entered upon the record at the expense of the applicable Mortgagor and shall execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered such instruments of satisfaction and reassignment as may be reasonably necessary or desirable for the release of the Liens created hereby on the Mortgaged Property. Other than as set forth in the foregoing sentence, this Mortgage shall remain and continue in full force and effect and be binding in accordance with and to the extent of its terms upon each Mortgagor and the successors and assigns thereof and shall inure to the benefit of the Mortgagee and the Other Secured Persons and their respective successors, indorsees, transferees and assigns; notwithstanding that from time to time prior to the Termination Date, any Mortgagor may be free from any Obligations.

Other than as set forth in the foregoing sentence, this Mortgage shall remain and continue in full force and effect and be binding in accordance with and to the extent of its terms upon each the Mortgagor and the successors and assigns thereof and shall inure to the benefit of the Mortgagee and the Other Secured Persons and their respective successors, indorsees, transferees and assigns; notwithstanding that from time to time prior to the Termination Date, any the Mortgagor may be free from any Obligations.
