Full Disclosure; No Material Misstatements. No report, financial statement, other written information or other information transmitted orally during a formal presentation, furnished by or on behalf of any Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with the arrangement, syndication and closing of the credit facilities established hereby, contains or will contain any material misstatement of fact or omits or will omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were or will be made, not misleading.
