Full Day or Days Record Failure. When data for a complete day or multiple days is not supplied, estimated message and minute volumes should be calculated in the following manner: From past message and minute volume reports for AT&T, SBC MISSOURI shall secure message/minute counts for the ninety (90) days preceding the day of the week or days of the week for which data was not supplied as set forth in Section 15.2; and use that information to compute average message and minute volumes for each day of the week for which data is missing. Those averages will be the estimate for a complete loss of data for the day or days not recovered and supplied. Message and minute counts for that day or days will be allocated as local, intraLATA and interLATA using the four (4) most recent occurrences of the day or days of the week for which data was not supplied.

  • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

No split shifts will be implemented without the mutual agreement of the Local Union and the Appointing Authority. Each party may cancel such agreement with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.

  • Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement.
