Full and final Consideration. For the avoidance of doubt, the payments to Seller described in the provisions of this Section 3 constitute the full, complete and final consideration to be paid to Seller hereunder in consideration of the Purchased Assets, and Seller shall not be entitled to any other consideration, fee, commission, revenue share, reimbursement or any other type of payment whatsoever in connection with the purchase by Buyer of the Purchased Assets.
Full and final Consideration. It is hereby clarified and agreed that the consideration specified above is the sole and exclusive consideration paid to the Company for the performance of the services as stated in the Agreement. No additional or other payment except for the consideration will be paid by the Ministry, not during the Term of Agreement or thereafter for the performance of the services or in connection with the services, whether directly or indirectly, not to the Company and not to any other person.
