Fulfillment Services. As directed by X.X. Xxxxxx or upon the request of prospective shareholders (partners) either by telephone or in writing, X.X. Xxxxxx will mail reasonable quantities of prospectuses (offering memoranda), applications to purchase shares and other information customarily sent to prospective shareholders (partners).
Fulfillment Services. As directed by the Fund, the Fund Adviser or the Distributor, or upon the request of prospective shareholders either by telephone or in writing, Chase will mail reasonable quantities of prospectuses, applications to purchase shares, and other information normally sent to prospective shareholders.
Fulfillment Services. For certain Fulfillment Services provided by Contractor, Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment as set forth in Exhibit 4.a.(i) (“Rate Matrix”) for proper and successful completion of the applicable Work Order.
Fulfillment Services. AEC shall supply to Customers the Products offered over COMPANY's On-Line Store and ordered by the Customers (unless "Commercially Unavailable" as provided below); and in connection therewith AEC shall perform the fulfillment, technical, and professional services described below.
Fulfillment Services. 2.1.1 AEC shall process orders received from Store and arrange to have the ordered Product shipped to the Customer. All orders will be quality controlled through advanced sorting and UPC verification methods. However, AEC will have no obligation to ship "Commercially Unavailable Product," which shall mean any Record or other item of Product which, at the time the order for such item is ordered by a Customer or during the process of such order being fulfilled, is not in the inventory of AEC and, with respect to Records only: (a) is no longer manufactured; (b) is not reasonably available to AEC from the company that releases such product; or (c) has been deleted from the catalog of the company that releases such items.
Fulfillment Services. Ultimus shall provide the following services for each fund:

Fulfillment Services. FDMS shall provide Fulfillment Services for the CoolDining Program in accordance with the performance standards set forth on Exhibit 11, except with respect to those credit cards covered under the Exclusivity Exception. For each credit card registered in the CoolDining Program for which FDMS is required to provide Fulfillment Services, each fulfilled Merchant Offer shall appear on the applicable CoolDining Program Member's credit card statement as a separate transaction item clearly denoted as a "CoolDining" credit, pursuant to the terms of the MPA.
Fulfillment Services. Preview shall be responsible for the --------------------- management of fulfillment services in which Preview shall receive ticket reservation orders made by customers through the Res System and then print out the tickets and distribute (i.e., mail) them to customers ("Fulfillment"). Preview shall manage and operate the Fulfillment services, providing the resources necessary to receive ticket reservation orders made by customers through the Res System and then printing out the tickets and distributing them to customers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Preview's services shall include: . Using commercially reasonable best efforts to ensure that all travel documentation is delivered to customers on a timely basis. Preview shall document all missed deliveries and will keep such documentation on file for AOL review. . Acknowledging customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt of complaint and promptly resolving the same, but no later than within five (5) business days after receipt. Preview shall log all such complaints and will note the date/time of the complaint, escalation (if any) and resolution. Preview shall maintain files on all complaints and resolutions.
Fulfillment Services. During the term of this Services Agreement, T2 shall provide to DRI the fulfillment services (the "Fulfillment Services") set forth in the proposal attached hereto as SCHEDULE 1. In consideration for such services, DRI agrees to reimburse T2 the amounts set forth in SCHEDULE 1. SCHEDULE 1 shall be subject to adjustment by mutual agreement.
