Fuel Allowance Sample Clauses
A Fuel Allowance clause defines how fuel costs are managed and reimbursed between parties in a contract, typically in contexts such as vehicle leases, equipment rentals, or transportation services. It specifies whether the cost of fuel is included in the contract price or if the user must pay for fuel separately, and may outline procedures for refueling, reimbursement rates, or surcharges if equipment is returned with less fuel than required. The core function of this clause is to allocate responsibility for fuel expenses clearly, preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their financial obligations regarding fuel usage.
