Common use of Fuel Administration Clause in Contracts

Fuel Administration. Each Operator will join the fuel consortium at a Service City upon Delta’s request. In connection with the Regional Airline Services, Delta will provide to the Operators the following fuel-related services: (i) fuel supply and into-plane fuel services, including negotiation of fuel supply, fuel storage and into-plane service contracts for the Aircraft and (ii) payment of all into-plane and fuel invoices in respect of the Aircraft. Delta will reimburse an Operator for any fees associated with joining or being a member of a consortium.

Fuel Administration. Each Operator Pinnacle will join the fuel consortium at a Service City upon Delta’s request. In connection with the Regional Airline Services, Delta will provide to the Operators Pinnacle the following fuel-related services: (i) fuel supply and into-plane fuel services, including negotiation of fuel supply, fuel storage and into-plane service contracts for the Aircraft and (ii) payment of all into-plane and fuel invoices in respect of the Aircraft. Delta will reimburse an Operator Pinnacle for any fees associated with joining or being a member of a consortium.
