FTTH Loops Sample Clauses

The FTTH Loops clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use, installation, and maintenance of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network loops. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party regarding access to fiber infrastructure, technical standards for deployment, and procedures for repair or upgrades. For example, it may specify how service providers can connect to the network or the process for addressing outages. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear guidelines for managing FTTH infrastructure, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring reliable service delivery.
