Fronting Arrangement Sample Clauses

Fronting Arrangement. All Initial Term Loans and Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments (other than any Initial Term Loans and Delayed Draw Term Loan Commitments held by the Specified Initial DIP Creditors) shall have been assigned from the DIP Fronting Creditor to the Commitment Parties (other than the Specified Initial DIP Creditors) as set forth in the DIP Commitment Letter.
