From Leave. Upon return from leave, the employee shall be placed in the same or a comparable position in the same pay classification as they were prior to the leave.
From Leave. Except as otherwise required by law, an employee who returns from a leave of absence in accordance with the terms of the approved leave date will be returned to the same position if the leave is for one hundred twenty (120) calendar days or less.
