Notice To or From Co-Applicants Any notice we give you or your co-applicant is considered notice to all co- applicants; and any notice from you or your co-applicant is considered notice from all co-applicants.
Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.
Withdrawals from Accounts Amounts credited to the Certificate Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distributions required hereby.
