Common use of From and after the Distribution Date Clause in Contracts

From and after the Distribution Date. Each Group shall use reasonable efforts to make available to the other Group and its accountants, counsel, and other designated representatives, upon written request, its current and former directors, officers, employees and representatives as witnesses, and shall otherwise cooperate with the other Group, to the extent reasonably required in connection with any Action or threatened Action arising out of either Group's businesses, operations or properties in which the requesting party may from time to time be involved and to the extent that there is no conflict in the Action or threatened Action between the requesting Group and itself.
