Frequent Flyer Program. Pinnacle agrees to accept Northwest frequent flyer tickets and to provide transportation services pursuant to such tickets at no charge to Northwest. All travel under the frequent flyer program solely on Pinnacle shall entitle a passenger to such credit as shall be equivalent to the credit offered on Northwest for comparable mileage segments. Northwest will provide such credit to members of its frequent flyer program who travel on Pinnacle at no charge to Pinnacle.
Frequent Flyer Program. On the date of this Agreement, Northwest and Gulfstream shall enter into a WorldPerks Program Partner Agreement in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto (the “WorldPerks Agreement”). The parties agree to include the Codeshare Flights in Northwest’s WorldPerks frequent flyer program in accordance with the provisions of the WorldPerks Agreement.

All travel under the frequent flyer program solely on SkyWest shall entitle a passenger to such credit as shall be equivalent to the credit offered on Midwest for comparable mileage segments. Midwest will provide such credit to members of its frequent flyer program who travel on SkyWest at no charge to SkyWest.

Frequent Flyer Program a. Hawaiian shall have the right to provide its Hawaiian Gold+Plus-Registered Trademark- members with mileage credit for the HA Code Shared Segments.
Frequent Flyer Program. American shall be solely responsible for awarding any frequent flyer miles for Code Shared Passengers traveling on AA Code Shared Segments and will seek no reimbursement for such mileage from Hawaiian. Except as otherwise specified in the AAdvantage Participating Carrier Agreement, as amended, between the Parties, American shall not be entitled to issue AAdvantage Award tickets for travel on the AA Code Shared Segments; provided, however, that in the event that American issues an AAdvantage Award ticket for travel on an AA Code Shared Segment, Hawaiian shall provide prompt written notice to American that an AAdvantage Award ticket had been issued for an AA Code Shared Segment. Hawaiian shall receive, and American shall pay, [Confidential Treatment Requested] for any uplifted AAdvantage Award ticket (which amount shall be billed as an exceptional item to American through the normal ACH procedures).
