Common use of Frequency Limitations Clause in Contracts

Frequency Limitations. Regulation D limits certain types of withdrawal and transfer transactions you can make out of a savings and money market account. During any monthly statement cycle, you may not make more than six (6) withdrawals or transfers to another account of yours or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, facsimile or telephone order or instruction, computer transfer, or by check, draft, or similar order to a third party. We will use the date a transaction is completed by us (as opposed to the day you initiate it) to apply the frequency limitation. If you exceed these limits, we may close the account, impose a fee and/or change the account to a non-interest bearing demand deposit account.
