Frequency Assignment. 2942.1 The Frequency Assignment shall be required from the WPC Wing of the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications permitting utilization of appropriate frequencies / band for the establishment, maintenance and operation of Wireless elements of the Telecom Service, under specified procedure, instructions, terms and conditions including payment for said assignment and right to use of spectrum prescribed by WPC Wing from time to time. Services offered by the Licensee using the spectrum shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this License. The Secretary (SACFA), WPC Wing, Ministry of Communications, Department of Telecommunications, Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi-110001. 1.2 The service providers shall install equipment (Base Station) on the site within three / six months from the date of receipt of SACFA clearance, failing which they will surrender/get cancelled the clearance.
