Common use of Frequency and Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Frequency and Eligibility. Subject to the limits of the Plan and to the Administrator’s authority to limit Contributions under the Plan, for each period for which Participants’ Contributions are made, the Employer shall make Matching Contributions as described in the following Allocation Method paragraph on behalf of each Participant who is an Eligible Employee and who contributed during the period.

Frequency and Eligibility.
