Common use of Freight Forwarder Clause in Contracts

Freight Forwarder. If Buyer elects to use the services of a freight forwarder for the onward movement of Spare Parts, Buyer agrees to release B▇▇▇ from and indemnify it for any liability for any fines or seizures of Spare Parts imposed under any governmental Goods in Transit regulations. Any such fines levied against B▇▇▇ will be invoiced to Buyer and any Spare Parts seized under such regulations will be deemed to be received, inspected, and accepted by Buyer at the time of seizure.
