FREEDOMS, NON-DISCRIMINATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. 5.01 The parties agree that there should be no form of constraint, discrimination, unjust differentiation or pressure applied to an Instructor because of her or his age, race, beliefs, colour, ethnic or national origin, political or religious convictions or membership, sex, sexual orientation, civil status, family or social situation, or the exercise of a right granted by the Collective Agreement or by the law.
