Common use of Freedom to transact Clause in Contracts

Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of beneficial interests in a Global Sixth Issuer Note or any Definitive Sixth Issuer Note (as the case may be) and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Sixth Issuer or any holders or owners of any Sixth Issuer Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Sixth Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Sixth Issuer Notes.

Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of beneficial interests in a Global Sixth Seventh Issuer Note or any Definitive Sixth Seventh Issuer Note (as the case may be) and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Sixth Seventh Issuer or any holders or owners of any Sixth Seventh Issuer Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Sixth Seventh Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Sixth Seventh Issuer Notes.
