Common use of Freedom to transact Clause in Contracts

Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of beneficial interests in a Global Seventh Issuer Note or any Definitive Seventh Issuer Note (as the case may be) and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Seventh Issuer or any holders or owners of any Seventh Issuer Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Seventh Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Seventh Issuer Notes.

Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of beneficial interests in a Global Seventh Ninth Issuer Note or any Definitive Seventh Ninth Issuer Note (as the case may be) and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Seventh Ninth Issuer or any holders or owners of any Seventh Ninth Issuer Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Seventh Ninth Issuer or the Note Ninth Issuer Security Trustee in relation to the Seventh Ninth Issuer Notes.
