Common use of Freedom to transact Clause in Contracts

Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of a beneficial interest in a Note and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with any holders or owners of any Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Notes.

Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of a beneficial interest interests in a Note or Residual Certificate and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Issuer or any holders or owners of any Notes or Residual Certificates or with any other party hereto to this Agreement in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the NotesNotes and the Residual Certificates.

Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of a beneficial interest interests in a Note and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Issuer or any holders or owners of any Notes or with any other party hereto to this Agreement in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Notes.

Each Note Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of a beneficial interest in a Note Notes and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with any holders or owners Holders of any Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Note Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Notes.

Each Agent (or its affiliates) may purchase, hold and dispose of a beneficial interest in a Note Notes and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with any holders or owners of any Notes Noteholders or with any other party hereto person in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Notes.

Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of a beneficial interest interests in a Global Note or any Definitive Note (as the case may be) and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Master Issuer or any holders or owners of any Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Master Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Notes.

Freedom to transact. Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of a beneficial interest in a Note and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depositorydepositary, trust or agency transaction) with any holders or owners of any Notes or with any other party hereto or any other party to any Document in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Notes.
