Free Will. 6.1 The Parties acknowledge that each has had an opportunity to consult with counsel of their own choosing concerning the meaning, import, and legal significance of this Agreement, and that each has done so to the extent desired. In addition, the Parties acknowledge that they each have read this Agreement, as signified by their signatures hereto, and are voluntarily executing the same after having had the opportunity to seek the advice of counsel for the purposes and consideration herein expressed.
